Job Summary

The Intern, Analyst Global Mobility is responsible for supporting Global Mobility in various tasks in the busiest season of the employees’ relocation. The position assists with queries from Human Resources (HR) and relocation vendors.

Main Responsibilities

Transition and upload data in employee files and numerous vendor online tools

Assist with internal reporting

Carry out administrative tasks and data clean up for the Global Mobility, including internal and vendor portals

Respond in a timely manner to employees' queries

Support HR with relocation queries

Process relocating employee claims

Requirements

Able to multitask

Applies critical thinking

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Knows the business and stays current on industry needs

Demonstrates active listening

Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French)*

Global Mobility exposure*

Education

Master’s Degree
