Le candidat doit avoir plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans l'implémentation et le support des systèmes ERP/HRIS, en mettant un accent particulier sur Workday Payroll et Time Tracking. Ce poste requiert une forte capacité d'analyse ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication pour travailler efficacement avec les équipes IT et RH.
De plus, le rôle nécessite des déplacements fréquents à l'international.
