• Supervise, train, and motivate the dining room team.
• Ensure smooth service and guarantee optimal guest satisfaction.
• Plan and organize work schedules for servers and attendants.
• Perform administrative tasks (payroll, distribution of tips).
• Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Oversee setup and teardown of banquet rooms.
• Organize and plan service in all service points
• Participate in event coordination and ensure their successful execution.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments.
• Conduct daily inspections of service areas and ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met.

• Previous experience (1–2 years) in dining room management, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of service standards and etiquette protocols.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and ability to guide a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver personalized service.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to serve an international clientele.
