Location:

Key Responsibilities Ensure all sites operate within their respective certificates of approval
Maintain familiarity with Reg. 347 and Reg. 153 ensuring compliance across operations
Develop and implement compliance training programs for new employees and ongoing staff development
Monitor and document compliance with provincial and federal environmental regulations
Support internal audits and prepare for external inspections
Collaborate with managers and staff to maintain a culture of compliance
Perform other compliance-related duties as required
Qualifications Degree in Environmental Sciences Environmental Management or related field
Minimum 8 years of industry experience in compliance permitting or environmental operations
Strong knowledge of current provincial and federal environmental regulations
Excellent communication and training development skills
