What You’ll Do
Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule meaningful conversations
Research and identify new opportunities using advanced tools and systems
Collaborate with senior advisors on tailored strategies for retirement, tax, and wealth planning
Contribute to business development and client service initiatives
Participate in all aspects of client planning, from investment design to intergenerational wealth transfer
Build a personal practice, supported by a team that wants you to succeed
We believe in learning by doing, supported every step of the way. You’ll shadow top advisors, receive one-on-one coaching, and get hands-on experience. We’ll also support your licensing journey (CSC, CPH), ensuring you’re fully equipped to become an independent advisor when you’re ready.

What We’re Looking For
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with outreach
Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in financial services
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree or relevant business experience preferred
Compensation
Compensation for this role includes a commission component, reflecting the importance of results and client growth in your journey.
