** Responsable Finance
** pour rejoindre notre équipe du Programme A220 basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous serez responsable du dossier financier.

Votre rôle en tant que
** Responsable Finance
** sera de finaliser l'analyse de rentabilisation **,
** de définir la stratégie de transformation de l'entreprise et d'assurer le suivi budgétaire (Non-Rec et RC), les rapports financiers et le processus CAPEX.

* Au moins quinze (15) ans d'expérience avérée en partenariat commercial, idéalement dans un environnement de fabrication international et complexe.
* Trois (3) à cinq (5) ans d'expérience dans un rôle de haute direction axé sur la transformation financière ou la gestion du changement.
* Expérience avérée dans la direction de lancements de systèmes financiers de bout en bout (par exemple, déploiement d'ERP).
* Compétences exceptionnelles en gestion de projet et de programme.
* Connaissance approfondie des technologies et processus financiers actuels, y compris l'analyse de données et les modèles de prévision.
* Compétences non techniques :
Communication claire, capacité d'influence, et esprit de partenariat.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a
** Finance Lead
** to join our A220 Program team based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will be responsible for the critical financial case.

Your role as a
** Finance Lead
** will be to define the business transformation strategy, and ensure budget discipline (Non-Rec and RC), financial reporting, and the CAPEX process.
* University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus.
* At least fifteeen (15) years of proven business partnering experience, ideally in a complex and international manufacturing environ ment.
* Three (3) to five (5 years of experience in a senior leadership role focused on financial transformation or change management.
* Proven experience leading end-to-end finance system implementations (e.g., ERP rollout).
* Exceptional project and program management skills.
* Deep knowledge of current financial technologies and processes, including data analysis and forecasting models.
* Clear communication, demonstrated ability to influence, and a partnership mindset.
* Fluent/Negotiation level in French and English.
