This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan Area for an Associate Investment Advisor. The Associate Investment Advisor will assist with financial planning, develop investment strategies, and provide tailored financial advice to clients based on their goals and unique circumstances. Key responsibilities include managing and growing client relationships, assessing investment portfolios, researching market trends, and offering innovative financial solutions to meet client needs.
A significant portion of the role involves proactively reaching out to and engaging new prospective clients, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business development initiatives. Additionally, the Associate Investment Advisor will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and consistently deliver high-quality, personalized service.
Qualifications- Fluency in French and English is an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident engaging prospects and building new client relationships
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, and business development activities
- Experience or strong interest in Financial Planning, Investments, or Wealth Management
- Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products
- Results-driven with a strong customer service mindset
- Professional certification(s) in finance or investments (e.g., CFP, CIM, CFA) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
