- I am looking for a Specialist in Accounts payable for my client, a company specialized in vehicle rental located in Ville Saint-Laurent. This is a permanent position, offered in a hybrid work mode.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supervise and enhance the entire accounts payable process to ensure efficiency and compliance with internal policies
Establish standardized and documented procedures to optimize departmental operations
Identify and implement process automation to reduce manual tasks and improve productivity
Participate in the configuration and optimization of ERP systems and financial tools to ensure optimal usage
Ensure invoice compliance with purchase orders, receipts, and internal policies
Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams to guarantee data accuracy and process fluidity
Contribute to budget preparation and expense tracking to support financial planning
Prepare and analyze performance reports for management and actively participate in month-end closings
Manage vendor relationships, resolve discrepancies or disputes, and maintain up-to-date records
Profile Required :
Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
Solid experience in accounts payable and invoicing, with strong ability to improve processes
Proficiency in ERP systems and reporting tools
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to ensure communication with English-speaking clients
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (an asset)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
Strong organizational skills and autonomy
Attention to detail and accuracy
Team spirit and collaboration
Strong communication skills (internal and external)

10+ Years work experience
