By combining technology, game‑design, art, analytics, and bringing together passionate people from around the globe, we have repeatedly been able to produce hit games. We are based in Munich/Germany and Montréal/Canada.
We develop all our games in small and vibrant teams. Each team has a high degree of responsibility and creative freedom for their game and is committed to creating something outstanding. We are looking for a level designer based in Montréal or North America to work on one of our new titles.
Your Responsibilities
Level design for a new game at the intersection of the arcade‑and RPG genres
Create and implement exciting levels, which keep bringing new challenges to players
Balance levels based on data from analytics in order to optimize KPIs such as win‑rates, retention, and monetization
Prepare and execute special and seasonal events
Work closely with game designers and economy designers
Your Profile
2‑3 years experience in level design for mobile games
Strong interest and passion for arcade type games
Creative- and out‑of‑the‑box thinker
Strong player empathy
Ability to analyze data in order to optimize levels
Familiarity with Unity is a plus
Strong desire to deliver results and ship top quality titles
Self‑organized and self‑motivated way of working
Strong team‑player mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
