Position: Manufacturing Integrator, Liaison Engineering (Mechanical Profile)
Location: BoisbriandMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Support:
Support operations by completing investigations on various topics;Participate in the modification of engineering documents. (Technical drawing and inspection sheet);Plan, execute, and document tests to address various production issues;Develop templates and jigs for support and production teams;Be the point person for technical questions from our teams in contact with our suppliers;Participate in the transfer of prototypes to production;Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:
Develop strategies to improve manufacturing flows and processes for sub-assemblies and systems;Ensure the integration of manufacturing processes into the Manufacturing Execution System (MES);Evaluate equipment and tooling needs for manufacturing.Technical Expertise and Risk Analysis :
Provide expertise in design for manufacturability and assembly (DFM/DFA);Provide expertise in design for testability (DFT);Participate in activities related to the risk analysis of manufacturing processes (pFMECA and dFMECA);Familiar with requirements analysis and test plan development;Ensure documentation rigor and configuration management.POSITIONS REQUIREMENTS
Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. Mechatronics an asset;Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of manufacturing engineering;Significant experience in manufacturing engineering;Experience with technical drawing software;Excellent communication skills;Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;Member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).ASSETS
Experience with Jira;Experience with Solid Works;Experience with statistical data analysis;Experience in the medical field;Experience with Python programming;Experience in a field related to electronicWHAT WE OFFER
