Responsibilities:

• Research, write, and QC technical, maintenance, or operational data using engineering and approved sources, ensuring adherence to schedules
• Identify and implement process and product improvements aligned with strategic goals
• Plan, perform, and document procedural validations per departmental standards, recommending resource optimization
• Respond to customer and operator requests and issues satisfactorily
• Coordinate and define publication plans
• Establish standards for documentation creation and electronic distribution (e.g., S1000D, ATA)
• Evaluate risks and define action plans to ensure timely publication completion

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) in aerospace or equivalent, or have at least three (3) years relevant experience
• Background in aircraft maintenance, flight crew, or as a pilot (asset)
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP (asset)
• Understanding of Technical Publications processes and technologies (asset)
• Basic knowledge of S1000D and ATA specifications (asset)
• Experience with HTML, SGML, and XML authoring languages (asset)
• Experience in product development (asset)
• Experience in troubleshooting methodologies in high-tech environments
• Knowledge of Bombardier Customer Services and Support (asset)
• Understanding of design procedures and Bombardier Aerospace Engineering System (asset)
