* * Définir et implanter un système industriel de classe mondiale, et ce, pour toutes les phases de développement du produit A220 (des études de concept à la production en série), le tout en collaboration avec l’Architecte Industriel;* Émettre des recommandations quant à ses caractéristiques et son dimensionnement (flux produit/matière/personnes, nb de stations, design de stations, délais, aménagement, zones/cycles tampons, etc.);

* Vous avez plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, et avez de l’expérience en environnement FAL.
* Vous êtes un spécialiste de la conception d’infrastructure aéronautique.
* Vous êtes un spécialiste des éléments du génie industriel (aménagement, flux, VSM, dimensionnement du système industriel, analyse VA/NVA, analyse de capacité, Lean Line Design, etc.)
* Vous démontrez un niveau élevé de leadership et faites preuve de diplomatie et de résilience ;
* Vous avez des compétences éprouvées en coaching/formation, leadership, assertivité pour influencer et remettre en question le statu quo ;
* Vous êtes capables de travailler avec la haute hiérarchie mais aussi avec les équipes de travail et les maintenir engagées ;
* Vous êtes autonome, organisé et savez établir vos priorités ;
* Vous démontrez des aptitudes en gestion de projets ;
* Vous êtes un excellent communicateur, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et ce, en français et en anglais ;
* Vous êtes en mesure d’évoluer dans un environnement régulièrement soumis à des changements et sous haute pression ;
* Vous êtes proactif dans la définition de vos propres objectifs ;
* Define and implement a best in class industrial system for all product life cycle phases, from A220 product studies/concept to serial phase, in collaboration with the Industrial Architect;
* Define the characteristics and sizing of the industrial system (product/people/parts flow, nb of stations, station design, delay, layout, buffer zones/cycles, etc.);
* Develop and deploy industrial system models for simulation;
* Define industrial requirements for the product, processes, technologies, industrial means and assets;
* Contribute to enrich the body of knowledge related to the development of the A220 programme industrial system.
* You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical diploma in the aerospace field;
* You have over 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environ ment, and have experience in a FAL (Final Assembly Line) environ ment;
* You are a specialist in aerospace infrastructure design;
* You are a specialist in Industrial Engineering elements (layout, flow, VSM, industrial system sizing, VA/NVA analysis, capacity analysis, Lean Line Design, etc.);
* You demonstrate a high level of leadership, diplomacy, and resilience;
* You have proven skills in coaching/training, leadership, and assertiveness to influence and challenge the status quo;
* You are able to work with senior management as well as shop floor teams and keep them engaged;
* You are autonomous, organized, and able to establish your priorities;
* You demonstrate project management skills;
* You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, in French and English;
* You are able to thrive in an environ ment subject to frequent changes and high pressure;
* You are proactive in defining your own objectives;
