Title:
Quality Compliance Control Manager
Hybrid – 3 days a week in Mirabel
Cap Gemini Engineering are looking for a Quality Compliance Control Manager with 2-3 years’ experience in the Aerospace domain.
The quality compliance manager supports manufacturing and supply chain activities by ensuring compliance with quality standards, engineering requirements, and regulatory obligations. The role focuses mainly on First Article Inspection (FAI) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities, acting as a key interface between quality, engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities FAI (First Article Inspection)- Prepare, review, and validate FAI packages in compliance with AS9102 requirements
- Ensure full traceability of materials, parts, and special processes
- Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to resolve FAI discrepancies
- Support FAI acceptance with Airbus internal teams and/or customers
- Analyze non-conformities and deviations detected during manufacturing or inspection
- Support or participate in MRB boards and prepare technical quality assessments
- Ensure MRB dispositions (use-as-is, repair, rework, scrap) are compliant with Airbus requirements
- Track corrective actions and ensure proper closure
- Ensure compliance with Airbus quality standards, procedures, and applicable regulations
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement actions
- Contribute to quality performance monitoring and reporting
- 2–3 years of experience in a quality role within an industrial environment
- Good understanding of FAI, MRB, and non-conformance management
- Knowledge of aerospace standards (AS9100 / AS9102) is a strong asset
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams in French and English
