Le candidat idéal doit avoir un BAC ou une maîtrise en génie, plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans le design de turbomachines et des compétences solides en gestion des risques. Des connaissances sur les normes canadiennes de navigabilité et une expérience dans la collaboration avec des fournisseurs anglophones sont souhaitées.
