L'ingénieur industriel travaillera sur des projets de production pour 2027–2028, en se concentrant sur l'accélération du rythme de fabrication et l'optimisation des processus. Ce rôle est basé sur site et nécessite une approche pratique : analyser les opérations au sol de la production, les dispositions des postes de travail, et les séquences d'assemblage d'avions pour identifier les goulots d'étranglement et proposer des améliorations.

Responsabilités

  • Planification de la capacité.
  • Coordination de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
  • Proposer des solutions basées sur les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
  • Présenter des analyses de production détaillées.
  • Mettre en œuvre des améliorations au niveau des postes de travail pour soutenir l'augmentation du débit.

  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et relations interpersonnelles en français. L'anglais est un atout.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de fabrication requise.
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à surmonter les revers.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, y compris MS Project.
  • Compétence dans les outils de diagnostic tels que VSM, analyse des flux de matériaux, analyse de capacité, etc.

    • Environnement De Travail

    Usine Challenger 3 à Dorval, QC. Une présence sur site est requise, mais le gestionnaire est flexible une fois que la personne est autonome pour travailler à distance certains jours en fonction de la phase du projet. Mélange de bureau et d'observation sur le sol de production.

    • Work Environment

    Challenger Plant 3 in Dorval, QC. On-site presence is required but the manager is flexible once the person is autonomous to work remotely some days based on the project phase. Mix of office and go and see on production floor.
