- Coordinate BIM/VDC services on multiple civil & infrastructure projects.
- Manage a team of VDC coordinators.
- Foster and develop team members, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback and training.
- Define clear expectations for team members and ensure accountability for quality and deadline respect.
- Actively foster a learning environment, share knowledge, and be an ambassador for innovation in construction.
- Organize, clarify, and assign specific tasks and projects to team members.
- Follow up on projects with project teams and evaluate/optimize processes in collaboration with counterparts.
- Ensure team cohesion and collaboration (Synergy).
- Know all VDC services and tools available; evaluate possibilities of selling services on projects.
- Prepare project service offers with cost assessment in collaboration with the VDC Innovation Manager.
- Participate in all project phases, from pre‑construction to delivery.
- Encourage innovative solutions and report to the Innovation Manager.
- Celebrate successes and contribute as a key member of the work team.
- A bachelor’s degree in civil or construction engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience coordinating civil works in the construction industry.
- Recognized expertise in BIM project coordination and teamwork.
- Experience in resource management.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D, Tekla, Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley Project Wise, and ESRI ArcGIS.
- Ability to organize work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
