Un leader en médecine esthétique recherche un(e) coordonnateur(trice) de la formation et du développement pour optimiser les initiatives de formation. Vous serez responsable de la création de guides pédagogiques, de la définition des parcours de formation et de la coordination des événements du secteur. Ce rôle nécessite une excellente organisation, des compétences en communication et la capacité de gérer plusieurs projets tout en travaillant en mode hybride, avec trois jours par semaine à Montréal.
