Fournir des informations générales et conseils afin d’enrôler des clientsAccès et négocier des systèmes d’informationTake ownership of customer’s issues/problems by using call control and selective sales techniquesActs as primary contact to insure follow up and resolution that meets and exceeds the customer’s expectation.Resolve customer issues by answering customer concerns, finding causes and solutions that evolve into sales or retention of customerIdentify needs and present solutions
