Location: Montreal
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This crucial role within the team requires excellent client interaction skills, providing an exceptional customer experience, and contributing to smooth daily operations. If you are a positive, proactive person with a keen sense of customer service, this opportunity is for you!
Position:
Customer Service Representative
Start Date:
March 16, 2026
Term: 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency
Schedule:
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (35 hours/week)
Salary: $22–$26/hour
Location:
Downtown Montreal

Responsibilities
Handle approximately 180 calls per day.
Identify customer needs and transfer them to the appropriate department.
Effectively use digital tools (Outlook, Teams, virtual phone systems).
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
trong communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in standard office software.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required to serve clients outside of Quebec.
Experience in a call center environment is an asset, but training will be provided.
