Customer Service Representative

Spanish & English - Customer Service - Remote - Rapid Advancement Opportunities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support Hispanic/Latino and Anglo small and medium sized business owners located in the U.S by answering questions, offering advice, and leveraging resources to find solutions when merchants run into challenges with their payment processing account.

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day may include:

  • A brief morning team meeting to keep up to date and crowd-source answers to questions
  • Checking emails, voicemails, and prioritizing any work that was unable to be completed the previous day in order to organize your day
  • Assisting business owners with questions on their merchant account via phone and email. Understanding their business and identifying how you can help them grow and succeed. Facilitating contact with partners to get questions answered and problems resolved.
  • Ensuring inquiries are responded to in a timely manner – getting an answer on the first call is a great customer experience!
  • What you have:

  • Strong Spanish & English communication skills: you effectively utilize your active listening talents and convey information and advice to business owners
  • Ability to connect, build and rapport with people rapidly, and lean on that relationship as you work through problems together
  • An entrepreneurial, creative problem solving, troubleshooting mindset; if there is a problem, how do I solve it for the benefit of everyone?
  • Attention to detail; multitasking mindset; ability to reprioritize as you receive new information
