Purpose of the position

We are currently looking for a passionate person for the position of Receptionist, to join our team. Working in this warm working environment is more than just a professional experience, it is the possibility of achieving oneself, of being recognized and valued.

Permanent full-time day position, 8:00 to 4:00 Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

Provide a high level of customer service

Greet visitors

Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties

Distribute notices to residents

Ensure adequate communication between staff on different shifts

Note and following up on all residents' requests

Receive and redirect incoming calls

Perform other related duties
