Une entreprise dans le secteur du service à la clientèle recherche un(e) répartiteur(trice) à Mirabel, Qc. Sous la supervision de la chef d'équipe, vous serez responsable d'offrir un service à la clientèle de qualité, en répondant aux appels et courriels entrants, tout en maintenant une relation positive avec les clients. Si vous avez de l'expérience en centre d'appel et êtes capable de gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément dans un environnement à volume d’appels élevé, ce poste est fait pour vous.
