Responsibilities
– Receive and process customer orders;– Ensure the application of accurate pricing;
– Work jointly with the production planner to ensure product availability;
– Work jointly with the warehouse manager to ensure on-time deliveries. Contact the customer to inform them of any delivery issues;
– Ensure required inventory levels are maintained. Manage aging inventories;
– Receive customer complaints and manage communication with the Quality Department;
– Provide a high level of customer service;
– Prepare the necessary documentation to process customer credits;
– Work jointly with the product development team to coordinate any product tests or modifications;
– Handle the sending of samples;
– Provide backup for colleagues during vacation or absence periods;
– Billing.
Skills and Qualifications
– College education in administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
– Excellent proficiency with computer tools.
– Bilingualism (French and English).
– Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Diplomacy, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation.
– Ability to work under pressure.
