We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to fill a permanent position in Montreal (Northeast). The company is a leader in the sale of household appliances and is looking for dynamic, bilingual candidates to join its team. If you have experience in after-sales service and are looking for a new challenge, this position might be for you.

Schedule : 37.5h/week, flexibility requiered from 8am to 6pm

Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and customer requests.
Perform after-sales service, including managing claims and product returns.
Interact with internal (stores, warehouses) and external teams (customers, suppliers, stores).
Follow up on files and maintain customer satisfaction.
Provide support to retailers on warranty applications.

Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
Essential bilingualism (French and English).
Availability to work on weekends.
