By embodying our mission to revolutionize influencer marketing, your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' satisfaction and driving their success.

  • Deliver outstanding service and support to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and solving problems with speed and efficiency.
  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they grasp the full capabilities of the Heylist platform for optimal use.
  • Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with clients, understanding their objectives and offering customized solutions to meet their goals.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to spotlight areas for improvement in both their experience and our platform offerings.
  • Foster collaboration with our product and marketing teams to relay client insights and feedback.
  • Spearhead the creation and refinement of resources and tools aimed at client education and success.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in business, communication, or a relevant field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a deep-seated enthusiasm for empowering others.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both in writing and verbally.
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities, organize effectively, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
  • A strong background in customer success or account management, preferably within the influencer marketing or digital media sector.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and customer support software is highly regarded.
