Cabin Stewardess

• Greet passengers and assist with boarding, seating arrangements, and baggage storage.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct pre-flight safety checks.

• Deliver in-flight services, including meals, beverages, and special requests.

• Provide first aid and manage emergency situations when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the cabin throughout the flight.

• Address passenger inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

• Communicate effectively with the flight deck and ground crew for smooth operations.

• Promote airline products and services to passengers.

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual ability is an asset (e.g., French).

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Good physical stamina and ability to handle long hours on flights.

• Height and weight proportionate to industry standards (to meet safety requirements).

• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.

• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience as a Cabin Crew member is an advantage.

• Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.

• Rotational shifts depending on flight schedules.

• Knowledge of airline safety and emergency procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and composed during emergencies.
