Objective:

As an Office Clerk - Fit Model, you will be participating in fit sessions within the Design and Fit Production Departments. You will be privy to upcoming styles, production issues and handle all types of samples i.e. prototypes, original and personal garments. It is expected that all these garments be handled with respect and that you maintain a sense of discretion and confidentiality.

You will also be working independently on various administrative and clerical tasks at times, and it is expected that you do so efficiently and be responsible with your time. You will be measured by the fit department managers regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Production pattern maker & Design fit sessions
• Trying on samples for review
• Wearing garments for extended periods for review of wear and comfort
• Production approval fit sessions
• Garment tests for Fabric Department
• Aide in the clerical duties necessary to the Fit Production Department
• Maintaining Measurements:
  Adhering to specific, consistent body measurements that match industry sample sizes

Required Qualifications:

• Bust (at apex level): 36”
• Waist (at approximately 16 ½” from H.S.P.): 29”
• Hips (at 8” below waist level): 39”
• Height:5'6" –5'7"
• Punctuality is key, since fit sessions can begin as early as 8 am
• Stamina:
  
  The ability to stand still for extended periods during fittings
