Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 per year

A glimpse of your roleAs a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, estimating, and negotiating commercial and industrial construction projects in close collaboration with our current Project Managers and the design team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing plans and specifications to prepare accurate and detailed estimates
- Evaluating project costs from start to finish
- Preparing and organizing the cost breakdown for construction contracts
- Sending invitations to all divisions for bidding
- Analyzing, following up, and selecting the most advantageous bids for the project
- Planning and coordinating all subcontractors involved in the work
- Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project
- Planning the construction budget
- Supporting both the construction and design teams
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Participating in meetings related to ongoing projects
- Preparing all necessary project documentation

- College diploma (DEC) in Estimation Technology / Architecture
- University degree in a related field (asset)

- Excellent command of French (written & spoken) and good command of English (asset)
- Relevant experience in the field
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Knowledge of MS Project and Bluebeam (asset)
