MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Retention & Growth
o Sales Cycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end purchasing cycle and procurement processes;
o Client Strategy:
Develop tailored strategies for each account to ensure they achieve their specific business objectives;
o Customer Success:
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction regarding all products and services delivered;
o Primary Point of Contact:
Serve as the central liaison between Kinova and the client, addressing needs and resolving concerns with speed and efficiency;
o Relationship Building:
Conduct regular client meetings to deeply
understand their evolving goals, challenges, and requirements.
o Business Development:
Drive contract growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities within the portfolio.
Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to convert prospects and increase the Lifetime Value (LTV) of existing accounts;
Work closely with Program Managers and internal teams (Engineering, Quality, After-Sales) to ensure solutions meet expectations and are delivered on schedule;
Monitor and report on account health, including revenue growth, CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and other key performance indicators (KPIs);
Provide consistent updates and performance reviews to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and market shifts. Leverage this insight to provide clients with strategic recommendations that align with their business goals.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Skills:
Foundational knowledge of collaborative robotics to effectively communicate product functionalities and use cases. Solid understanding of the regulatory and clinical frameworks governing the various applications supported by Kinova’s products and services;
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or Engineering.
