These individuals offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organisational effectiveness.As a workforce consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide clients with comprehensive support and drive end-to-end organisation and talent transformation initiatives to support the overall strategy of the organisation, applying a breadth of understanding of organisational and workforce consulting solutions across topics such as workforce strategy, talent development, rewards, organisational design to improve employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Proactivelyassistin the management of a portfolio of client engagements;
Work with our PwC and client teams on client engagements from strategy through to implementation;
Be a part of client engagements with PwC teams as well as client teams;
Help manage your client engagement economics and delivery excellence;
Be actively involved in a wide range of business development activities to helpidentifyopportunitieswith new/existing clients in collaboration with account leads
Contribute to the development of your own and the team’s technical acumen locally,nationallyand globally as part of our network;
Keep up to date with developments in your areas of expertise and the industries you serve, contributing to thought leadership; and
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
Experiences and skillsyou’lluse to solve

Experience, and successful delivery in one or more of the following areas:
Client change engagements;
Development and/or implementation of operating models;
Assessing the impact of change and developing and/or implementing change strategies to increase readiness, shorten implementation and achieve results;
Stakeholder engagement and communications using a range of techniques and media;
Assisting or leading in preparing proposals and related presentations to support sales efforts; and Experience with facilitation, design thinking and co-creation internally or with clients.
Self motivatedwith a passion for client work andteam work;
Able to multi-task and manage ambiguity as you navigate change at the client site;
Will to learn, adopt and lead new ways of doing things (think personas, journey mapping, gamificationetc);

The successful candidate requires fluency in English, in addition to French as they will be required to support or collaborate with English-speaking clients, colleagues and/or stakeholders during the course of their employment with PwC Canada

The salary range for this position is $58,400 - $97,500. The posted salary rangerepresentsthe expected hiring range for PwC locations in major citycentres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary isdeterminedby your skills, experience,qualificationsand work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities toparticipatein variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
