• Participate in internal governance and preparation.
• Support project review boards and other project portfolio meetings.
• Assist in ensuring rigor in various internal processes.
• Analyze and manipulate large amounts of data in order to propose improvement opportunities.
• Develop Business Cases for specific projects.
• Ensure data integrity in the system.
• Provide support to the management team.
• Support the development and implementation of AI‑powered dashboards and tools to automate reporting and monitor operational KPIs in real time.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Contribute to internal communications and presentations related to Methods initiatives.

• You are studying business administration, engineering, computer science, project management, or finance.
• You have an excellent understanding of management and the contribution of support activities to business success.
• You have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite programs such as Excel, Power
  
  BI, SharePoint.
• You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material.
• You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization using Python (pandas, Num Py, Matplotlib) is an asset.
• Experience with SAP is an asset.
