As Manager, Customer Insights
, you will lead a team dedicated to gathering, analyzing, and transforming customer, market and financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and sales across Bombardier. Your work will empower the organization to anticipate customer needs, enhance experiences, and identify growth opportunities in both existing and emerging markets.

You will provide world-class analysis and recommendations to influence critical business decisions as well as customer purchase decisions, with a focus on understanding customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive positioning. You are involved in the customer journey from start to finish - from ideation regarding strategic visioning relative to product roadmap, to the identification of qualified buyers, outreach / nurturing strategy, to sales support in winning business.

What are your contributions to the team?
  • Lead a team of skilled professionals specializing in data analytics, customer research and customer outreach
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer insights strategy aligned with Bombardier’s business objectives
  • Gather and analyze customer data from multiple sources (surveys, CRM, social media, transactional data, etc.)
  • Identify emerging trends, pain points, and opportunities to improve customer experience and loyalty
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate insights into go-to-market strategies
  • Develop detailed business planning analysis that will influence customer purchase decisions, using their historical or anticipated business aviation and financial needs
  • Design and oversee customer feedback programs (focus groups, surveys, trade shows)
  • Build predictive models and dashboards to monitor customer behavior and market shifts
How to thrive in this role?
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset
  • 5–10 years of experience in customer insights, market research, or data analytics, including 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong expertise in data analysis tools and statistical methods
