Location: MontrealThe Role
As an Account Manager - Aviation & Space, you will assist with all aspects of the placement and service for WTW Aviation Clients, including working on large multinational accounts
Assist with risk management analysis, including new business, renewal and claim reviewsUpdate and enhance policy contracts;if required, produce and regularly update bespoke policy wordings and endorsementsAssist with all phases of new business, renewal and remarket process, including preparation of applications, obtaining quotes and creating proposalsConsistently prepare and submit policy change requests to carriersMonitor status of change requests and review policy documents for accuracyAssist with resolving client requests timely, including coverage questions, request for various reports, including claims dataAssist with resolving client, carrier and/or vendor accounting issues, including timely collection/remittance and invoicing inconsistencies, review fee arrangementsAssist invoicing policy premiums, including adhering to locally admitted requirements where local policies are issuedEnsure compliance with all WTW and regulatory procedures such as WEM (Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model)Contribute to the growth of the practice, office and firmSupport all of the Company's values and main objectives that may change from time to timeAbility to provide prompt and clear customer service in a high-volume, client-focused environment via both e-mail and telephone
