YOUR ROLE:
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the team with daily office activities;
Coordinating various events and travel arrangements (conferences, meetings, business trips, etc.);
Preparing and reviewing documents and communications;
Ensuring the preparation, dispatch, and follow-up of documents;
Following up with various stakeholders;
Manage the calendar and handle various bookings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Relevant experience in an administrative assistant role with similar responsibilities. Experience in a professional services environment is an asset;
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent command of spoken and written French, and professional proficiency in spoken and written English;
Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively;
Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently within a team.
