Hours:
Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Work Arrangement:Onsite
Location:Bromont | 23 Boul. de l’Aéroport
Team Overview:You will be part of the maintenance team
, coordinating building operations, repairs, and employee requests.
Summary:
As a Facilities Coordinator
, you will work closely with my client, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks, work orders, and building operations are completed efficiently. Responsibilities include coordinating employee moves, maintaining building cleanliness, managing meeting room setups, and assisting with hands‑on tasks as needed.
- Coordinate employee moves and building repair requests
- Ensure cleanliness of the building and liaise with the cleaning vendor
- Set up meeting rooms and support general office maintenance
- Assist with hands‑on tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Good communication and organizational skills
