We’re currently looking for Senior Technician – Accounts Payable to to carry out the complete processing of accounts payable.
What You’ll Do
Manage the complete accounts payable cycle, i.e. receipt, verification, accounting and payment of supplier invoices;Verify the accuracy of invoice information and compliance with company procedures;Process claims, credit notes and adjustments related to accounts payable;Resolve problems related to supplier payments;Process employee expense accounts;Manage supplier deposit requests;Prepare periodic financial reports;Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies;Maintain up-to-date transaction records;Contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures to enhance and optimize efficiency;Sporadic financial analysis;All other related tasks.What You Bring
Ability to manage deadlines and priorities effectively;Attention to detail and ability to work with precision;Excellent organizational skills;Structured and effective approach to problem solving.Requirements
Technical training in accounting or finance;3 to 5 years' experience in accounts payable;Bilingualism (French / English);Knowledge of SAP system;Proficiency in Office suite.Why Join Foliot?
