• Develop and implement strategic plans for staffing and performance management across multiple store locations

• Minimum of 10 years of retail or restaurant general management experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in business or related field preferred
• Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) program
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to travel extensively (95% of the time) between locations

• 1-3 years of multi-unit management experience in a convenience store or restaurant setting
• Proven track record of effective team building and leadership practices
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• Willingness to relocate for career advancement opportunities
