What to Expect
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for staffing and performance management across multiple store locations
  • Foster a productive and engaging work environment to improve team member retention and professional growth
  • Lead by example and maintain trust with store teams through clear communication and accountability
  • Analyze financial reports and monitor sales, expenses, and inventory to drive profitability
  • Conduct weekly store visits to ensure compliance with company standards and enhance guest satisfaction
What is Required
  • Minimum of 10 years of retail or restaurant general management experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree in business or related field preferred
  • Successful completion of the District Manager In Training (DMIT) program
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to travel extensively (95% of the time) between locations
