Additional Unit Specific Information: 14 bed ICU affiliated within the UVMMC Health network. Average daily census 8-10 patients. Charge nurse both day/night not in an assignment. CCT support on both day and night shift. icu responsible to respond to rapid response, code blue, OB critical response hospital wide. Take transfers from critical access hospitals in area. DO not have Cath lab, interventional radiology, Neuro, ECMO, dialysis.

Floating required. No call. Requirements: " AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start " The following certifications are preferred: CCRN and AHA PALS " A minimum of 3 years of experience required " EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable Additional Information: " IVS to OFFER " Monday to Sunday " No block schedules for any reason " Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is " Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained " This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.)
