Job Description:
The Marketing Manager partners closely with cross functional teams to develop, execute, and optimize strategic marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, and consumer engagement for Intermountain Health’s products, services, and programs. This role leads the planning, implementation, and performance measurement of marketing campaigns using data, consumer insights, and AI enhanced tools to ensure measurable impact. The Marketing Manager collaborates with regional and system level marketing teams to advance enterprise priorities, strengthen market position, and support business objectives through integrated, insights driven marketing strategies.
This position is mostly remote with onsite as needed.
Essential Functions
Develops marketing strategies based on target audiences, market research, and business plans, and continually assesses consumer and business needs to ensure marketing plan alignment.
Strategically develops and executes marketing activities (e.g., advertising, collateral development, digital marketing, content creation/assessment).
Guides marketing plans based on consumer insights, sound creative judgment and-market processes for assigned marketing programs.
Works well independently and collaboratively to prioritize and drive forward multiple projects.
Manages complex and matrixed marketing projects throughout the project life cycle (concept through launch), to achieveobjectivesand measure results against business needs.
Build relationships with stakeholders and counterparts to help achieve marketing objectives.
Assistin scoping and evaluating marketing projects so that they meet operational and strategic criteria.

Required Qualifications
Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with a proven track recordof developing and executing successful marketing strategies and activities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for various audiences and platforms.
Creative thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions based on consumer insights and market research.
Organizational and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex and matrixed marketing projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand measuring results.
Proven ability to build andmaintainrelationships with stakeholders and counterparts, working well both independently and collaboratively to achieve marketing objectives.
Familiarity with communication metrics and analytics tools, with the ability to collect, interpret, and report on marketing metrics and outcomes tooptimizestrategies.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing needs and demands.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare or health insurance experience in marketing
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, English, business or a related college major involving marketing and communications and critical thinking obtained through an accredited institution or equivalent work experience. Education is verified.
Physical Requirements
Ongoing need for the employee to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs.
Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients/clients, and visitors require the employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately.
Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$44.33 - $68.42
