Job Title:
Manufacturing Associate
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for operating machinery, setting up machines according to specifications, and ensuring production meets quality standards. You will also be involved in training and executing trials while maintaining accurate quality documentation.
Responsibilities- Set up machines according to specifications and best practices to meet production requirements.
- Convert the correct materials as per work order specifications.
- Execute trials and accurately record results as needed.
- Ensure quality documents are completed and legible at appropriate stages of production.
- Train Manufacturing Associates using the passport program.
- Work towards completing the passport program Manufacturing Operator I.
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
- Team-oriented.
Skills & Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and understand complex work instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs (location dependent).

Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a production/manufacturing environment, where you will work with various machinery and technology, adhering to safety and quality standards.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Montpelier, VT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.25 - $20.00/hr.
