Insurance Sales Agent

Overview

This is an entry-level position designed to train and lead to the Sales Agent position. Upon successful completion of the training period, the Sales Agent Trainee will be reclassified as a Sales Agent. This position works exclusively in a Branch Office, engaged in sales activities, appointments and inspections conducted exclusively onsite and offsite at the direction of the IBM. Club memberships and insurance products are sold in support of Club growth, profitability and service quality objectives.

The Sales Agent provides information on member services and new insurance products. The position must complete policy and membership documentation thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner, as well as adhere to underwriting rules and guidelines to achieve underwriting objectives.

• $500.00 sign-on bonus

• Sales experience highly preferred
• Ability to qualify and maintain, Property & Casualty/Personal lines and Life insurance licenses
• Have computer experience and good organization skill
• Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record
• Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
