Co-op Student- Innovation & Analytics; Montpelier

Position: Co-op Student- Innovation & Analytics (Montpelier)
Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Gain exposure to the Company's data environment, reporting processes, and analytics tools

* Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support business initiatives

* Assist with writing and modifying SQL queries under supervision

* Learn how analytics informs growth, profitability, and operational performance

* Assist with documentation of data processes and reporting procedures

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing analytics projects

Projects/Opportunities

* Participate in data cleanup, validation, and dataset analysis

* Support initiatives around process automation & refinement

* Assist in building or refining internal reporting databases

* Research and present findings related to data trends or industry insights

* Support special projects within the Analytics and Innovation team

* Contribute to innovative, data-driven solutions through analysis & data modeling

Desired Qualifications and Skills

* High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program

* Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

* Energetic, professional, and willing to be part of a collaborative team

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
