Learning Objectives and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gain exposure to the Company’s data environment, reporting processes, and analytics tools
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data to support business initiatives
- Assist with writing and modifying SQL queries under supervision
- Learn how analytics informs growth, profitability, and operational performance
- Assist with documentation of data processes and reporting procedures
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing analytics projects
- Participate in data cleanup, validation, and dataset analysis
- Support initiatives around process automation & refinement
- Assist in building or refining internal reporting databases
- Research and present findings related to data trends or industry insights
- Support special projects within the Analytics and Innovation team
- Contribute to innovative, data-driven solutions through analysis & data modeling
Desired Qualifications and Skills
- High school degree or equivalent; must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
- Strong interest in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Energetic, professional, and willing to be part of a collaborative team
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
