Overview

Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and nonprofessional staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care. Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement agency services.

• Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and nonprofessional staff, ensuring the delivery of quality patient care.
• Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement agency services.
• Manages staffing, caseloads, and compliance with Medicare/Medicaid regulations and billing requirements.
• Facilitates team meetings, staff education, performance evaluations, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Acts as backup in the absence of the Clinical Director and assists with hiring, onboarding, and termination processes.
• Maintains professional standards, confidentiality, and adherence to agency policies.
• Provides clinical nursing care in accordance with Community Health Nurse responsibilities.
