Job Description Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• The Mortgage Banking Officer originates a variety of residential mortgage loans
• This person will interview applicants, collect financial data and documents, and make recommendations regarding the loan products that best meet the borrower's needs
• This individual assists customers with the purchase process through closing while building customer relationships, earning trust, and maintaining confidentiality
