We’re looking for a proactive New Business Associate to join the Equity Services, Inc. (ESI) team within the National Life Group. In this role you will support the processing of securities applications and ensure accurate, efficient business operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Role SummaryProcess securities applications, perform research and data entry, maintain client profiles, and collaborate with the team to meet processing deadlines. Provide support and training on electronic workflow and eSignature processes while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
Work ScheduleOnsite work schedule with expectation to be in the office 4 days per week during core hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Core days and schedule can change with advance notification.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Build and maintain superior customer relationships, listen to client needs, and deliver service that exceeds expectations.
- Consult and answer customer questions over the phone for both internal and external customers.
- Process securities applications using the electronic workflow system, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Perform thorough research to gather necessary information, using available resources to complete applications.
- Key in and maintain client profiles and financial data in the record‑keeping system accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet processing deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
- Provide support and guidance on firm procedures, including forms accessibility, electronic workflow, and eSignature processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and company financial information.
- Strong focus and ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and prioritization of tasks.
- Customer‑focused with inbound/outbound customer service or relationship management experience, preferably in financial services.
- Willingness to teach and learn, sharing knowledge with team members.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and quick to learn new software programs.
- Ability to work independently on research tasks and data entry with minimal supervision.

Base Pay Range: $19 – $28 per hour
