This is an in call role as a Substitute Bus Driver based in Monticello, MN. The role involves safely operating a bus to transport passengers, ensuring adherence to routes and schedules. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for passengers, conducting pre- and post-trip inspections, and responsibilities may include assisting passengers as required, such as helping children board or disembark the bus safely.

• Proficiency in Bus operations
• Strong knowledge of Defensive Driving practices and traffic safety regulations
• Excellent Customer Service skills to build a positive and supportive environment for passengers
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a professional demeanor
• A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with applicable endorsements or the desire to obtain your CDL.
