Floor Services

Help create a clean foundation for exceptional patient care! Centra Care Monticello Hospital is looking for dedicated individuals to join our esteemed Environmental Services/Housekeeping team as a Floor Services Associate. As part of this team, you will make a difference with every shift- helping us maintain a spotless, safe hospital.

Main Responsibilities:

• Performs routine and specialized floor care to support a safe patient environment.
• Interact courteously and professionally with patients and visitors while performing floor cleaning duties.
• Maintains high standards of cleanliness and safety in all hospital floor areas.
• Collects and disposes of garbage, recycling, and bio-hazardous materials within the hospital

Schedule:

• Full-time 80 hours every two weeks
• Monday through Friday, shifts between 11am-7:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $18.90 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of commercial custodian experience preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in reading and communicating effectively in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills.
