The Director of Nursing – Long Term Care is directly responsible for the nursing services provided in our 89-bed Long Term Care/Transitional Care Center. This position works closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop the overall strategy then ensures its execution and success in those areas of responsibility. Fills in for Care Center Administrator in his/her absence. Role models leadership through a passion for service excellence and unwavering attention to the mission, vision and values of the organization.

• Current MN RN License
• Strong communication, planning, financial management, problem-solving, program development and human resources management skills
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree preferred
• 5 years' progressive leadership experience in long term care
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a collaborative manner
