Local CDL-A Truck Driver

Local CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver – Home Daily Shuttle

Earn $25 – $28 per hour plus additional pay based on shift. Overtime is paid for all hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek. You will receive a $500 new‑hire transition bonus paid in the second paycheck and a $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred.

• Daily home base
• $250 per day for the two‑day paid orientation
• Consistent, dedicated routes shuttling CAT parts from yard to various plant and warehouse locations

• At least 1 year of experience with a minimum of 6 months of verified flatbed work in the last 3 years
• Min. 6 months of securement training (chains and binders)
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Valid CDL‑A license
• DOT medical certificate
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Good safety and employment history

Drivers will shuttle trailers between the yard and the plant in Lafayette, IN. The equipment used is primarily step deck trailers, with occasional double drop trailers.
